When I initially left my intro call with Sarah I felt I was working with a seasoned professional who I could trust throughout the process. It's important to find someone who knows your area well, and she's been selling real estate in SF / Bay Area / East Bay for (I think) over a decade. I also signed up for the concierge service. While there were some slight delays, Sarah worked with me and the team to make it all right. In the end, the concierge service ended up being totally worth it, and I feel like my ROI on renovations was at least 2.5x the cost plus you get staging free and a project manager, etc. Yes, it's still a seller's market but I think there were at least 1-2 key strategic decisions on Sarah's part that really helped to elevate the final purchase price. She and her team made the overall sale + transition process of the apartment seamless and super easy. In the end, I was very happy with my overall experience and Sarah and the team's work.

Sarah was a straight shooter with a professional, friendly demeanor. She was always prepared and provided excellent guidance for maximizing my house's value and making the selling process quick and smooth. Her list of preferred partners (inspectors, stagers, etc.) was deep enough that I found one of each to my liking. Sarah helped me sell a townhouse that was a complicated transaction. She helped set a range of what we thought I could realistically get for it. She then worked really hard to get at least the bottom of the range, and hopefully more. This included coordinating a lot of contractors while moving everything along at a fast clip, since I was anxious to close the deal as quickly as possible, without letting any details fall between the cracks. I am happy to report that I got the high end of the range that I thought possible. It was a real relief and Sarah made it possible.
